The Pledge of Allegiance was said.

 

Mayor Irving called the Meeting to order.

 

Proof of Publication was noted.

 

 Village Treasurer Emily Hayes, reported on the preliminary Village Budget for the year ending 05/31/2011.

 

Resolutions:

 

Resolution (2010-2) Be It Resolved, to authorize the mayor to sign a contract for the services of Nelson and Pope for Engineer Services for the Catch Basin project by the corner of Eaton’s Neck Road and Bevin Road.  The amount is not to exceed $20,280.00 subject to review and approval by Village Attorney.

 

Motion was made by Mayor Irving to approve, seconded by Trustee Golub.

Resolution (2010-3) Be It Resolved, to authorize the mayor to sign a contract for the services of Slacke Test Boring for soil boring tests for the Village Hall Expansion Project, subject to review and approval by Village Attorney.  The amount is not to exceed $1900.00.

 

 

 

Motion was made by Deputy Mayor Masterson to approve, seconded by Trustee Affrunti.

Resolution (2010-4) Be It Resolved, to approve the Village of Asharoken joining the Northport Chamber of Commerce for the 2010 calendar year, subject to a cost of $150.00.

 

Motion was made by Mayor Irving to approve, seconded by Trustee Elefante.
